Job summary

Livewell Indonesia seeks a Wellness Specialist to manage daily maintenance, account administration and service delivery. You will design customer service solutions, coordinate teams, and negotiate implementations to meet client needs.

You will build strong relationships with providers and brokers, analyze patient needs with a service mindset, and collaborate across claims, underwriting and sales to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in health insurance or healthcare services.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field.
• Knowledge of healthcare processes, treatment flow, and claims.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with providers, brokers and clients.
• Analytical mindset with service-oriented approach.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design customer service solutions with internal teams and coordinate delivery.
• Understand customer and broker needs and maintain strong relationships.
• Build customer service propositions and associated costing.
• Act as focal point for customer and broker on service implementation.
• Ensure program compliance with management information.
• Share risk insights to educate customers and brokers.
• Understand underwriting appetite and promote cross-sell opportunities.
• Prioritize activities and influence standards and programs for growth.
• Research best practices to support sales and distribution processes.
