Job summary

Zurich 56 Company Ltd in Jakarta is seeking a healthcare customer service professional to manage daily maintenance, account administration and service implementation to deliver tailored customer solutions.

You will work with internal teams to design service propositions, coordinate the customer team, and build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, brokers and clients while ensuring program compliance.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in health insurance, hospitals/clinics, provider relations, managed care, or healthcare services.
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nursing, Midwifery, or other healthcare-related fields.
Good understanding of healthcare processes, including treatment flow, benefit plans, and claims (is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with providers, brokers and clients.
Ability to analyze customer/patient needs with a strong service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Work with internal Zurich teams to design customer service solution and coordinate the customer team to deliver.
Develop good understanding of customer and broker needs and build and maintain strong working relationships with both.
Understand customer service needs and Zurich capabilities and use to build customer specific service propositions and associated costing.
Focal point for the customer and the broker team with regards to implementation of customer service proposition.
Ensure compliance of program with management information.
Actively identify opportunities to share Risk Insights with Customer and Broker to improve their knowledge and differentiate Zurich.
Understand Underwriting appetite on all Line of Business's by Zurich and actively promote cross sell opportunities.
Provide recommendations on activity and resource prioritization for channel development, and influence the design and implementation of standards and programs -campaigns to support business improvement -growth.
Research best practice and review and analyze detailed business models to support senior management in developing and improving sales and distribution processes and systems.
