Job summary

Nirvana Life Bali in Bali, Indonesia, seeks a Guest Service Agent for our Wellness Centre to welcome guests from arrival to the completion of their spa experience, ensuring warmth, attentiveness and a professional ambiance.

You will explain wellness and spa services, manage treatment reservations, handle payments, and coordinate with therapists to maintain a smooth appointment flow while upholding cleanliness and guest confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism, upholding the wellness centre’s service standards.
• Provide clear and informative explanations of available wellness, spa treatments, and service packages.
• Manage treatment bookings, schedule changes, confirmations, and guest inquiries.
• Assist guests with registration prior to treatment and explain any necessary procedures.
• Respond to questions regarding services, products, and facilities in a polite and knowledgeable manner.
• Coordinate with therapists, instructors, and operational staff to ensure smooth appointment flow.
• Handle payments, product sales, and related administrative tasks accurately.
• Maintain a tidy, calm, and inviting front desk and lounge area.
• Address guest concerns or complaints professionally to maintain a positive wellness experience.
• Uphold cleanliness, safety standards, and guest confidentiality at all times.
