Job summary

Aksari Luxury Resort & Spa Ubud in Seminyak area is seeking a guest services associate to join our team. You will assist guests, handle inquiries, and provide friendly, professional front desk service to ensure memorable stays.

The ideal candidate has hospitality or tourism experience, excellent English, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced resort environment. This is a full-time position focused on guest satisfaction.
