Job summary

Nirjhara Bali seeks a seasoned Wedding & Event Sales Manager to drive revenue through weddings, private events, and social celebrations. You will lead direct sales, client consultations, and cross-department coordination to deliver exceptional experiences while maximizing profitability.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in wedding/event sales or management, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and fluency in English. Luxury and destination event experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Wedding Sales, Event Sales, Event Management, or a similar role in hospitality.
• Strong understanding of wedding and event operations, including F&B and accommodation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Actively generate new business opportunities for weddings and events through direct sales, referrals, partnerships, networking, and other sales channels.
• Conduct client consultations to understand needs, preferences, budget, and event vision.
• Achieve agreed sales targets, revenue goals, and conversion objectives.
• Coordinate event requirements, including accommodation, venues, food and beverage, entertainment, décor, transportation, and other guest experiences.
• Monitor event preparation and execution to ensure a seamless guest and client experience.
• Handle last-minute changes or operational challenges professionally and effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, corporate clients, travel agents, suppliers, and partners.
• Provide personalized and attentive service throughout the client journey.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and long-term partnerships.
