Job summary

ILOT Property Bali is seeking a dedicated Web & CRM Developer to join our Marketing and Digital team on-site in Canggu. You will build and maintain WordPress sites using Elementor Pro, customize sections with ACF, and ensure hosting, backups, and performance best practices.

In addition, you will manage CRM automation on GoHighLevel, configure pipelines and lead capture, and implement integrations via REST APIs and webhooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, with at least 1 year of web development experience.
• Strong WordPress skills (Elementor Pro, ACF) required; GoHighLevel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, hosting, DNS, Git, and technical SEO basics.
• Proficient in English

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain WordPress sites with Elementor Pro and custom sections.
• Manage hosting, staging, backups, and performance optimization including Core Web Vitals.
• Configure tracking with GTM, GA4, and Meta Pixel for attribution.
• Administer GoHighLevel CRM, pipelines, fields, workflows, and lead capture.
• Integrate tools via webhooks, APIs, and middleware like Cloudflare Workers.

ILOT Property Bali is seeking a dedicated Web & CRM Developer to join our Marketing and Digital team on-site in Canggu. Based on the details in the WEB & CRM Dev.jpg file, this role focuses on optimizing our digital footprint through WordPress development, CRM automation, and system integrations to drive our real estate marketing efforts forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Web Development & Maintenance: Build and maintain WordPress sites utilizing Elementor Pro, develop custom sections, and manage hosting, staging environments, and regular backups.
• SEO & Tracking: Implement on-page technical SEO, optimize Core Web Vitals, and configure tracking tools including Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and Meta Pixel for accurate lead source attribution.
• CRM & Automation: Administer the GoHighLevel platform (managing pipelines, custom fields, workflows, and lead capture) and configure Conversational AI chatbots.
• System Integration: Seamlessly connect various tools and platforms via webhooks, APIs, and middleware (e.g., Cloudflare Workers).

Required Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of 1 year of web development experience.
• Platform Skills: Strong technical proficiency in WordPress (Elementor, ACF). Experience with GoHighLevel is strongly preferred, though expertise in comparable CRMs is acceptable.
• Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, hosting environments, DNS, Git, and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Language: English working proficiency.
