We are an established healthcare business in Bali, operating multiple brands serving international visitors and local residents. We're looking for a Senior Web Developer & SEO Strategist who combines strong development skills, a good eye for design and proven SEO experience. You will take ownership of our websites and organic search strategy, making our online presence more effective at attracting customers and generating qualified enquiries and bookings. This is a hands-on role for someone who can develop a strategy, build and improve websites, and measure the results. You must be confident using AI tools throughout your workflow and capable of working independently.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve websites and landing pages across our brands
• Create polished, responsive experiences that work exceptionally well on mobile
• Turn concepts, designs and AI-assisted prototypes into reliable production websites
• Lead the SEO strategy across our websites, from research and planning through implementation and reporting
• Conduct technical audits and prioritise improvements based on business impact
• Research keywords, search intent and competitors to identify realistic growth opportunities
• Improve site architecture, internal linking, metadata, service pages and supporting content
• Set up, maintain and troubleshoot GA4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console
• Use tools such as Cursor, Claude and ChatGPT confidently in your daily work

About you

• Five or more years of relevant experience, with strong hands-on skills in web development and SEO
• A portfolio of websites you have personally built or led the development of
• SEO case studies where you were the lead strategist and responsible for priorities, implementation and results
• Strong graphic design and visual web design skills, demonstrated through completed work
• Confident use of Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager and similar SEO platforms
• Practical experience with technical SEO, local SEO, on-page optimisation and website migrations
• An established AI workflow using tools such as Cursor, Claude and ChatGPT
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly
• The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and take projects from concept through implementation without constant supervision
