Job summary

Bali Villas R Us is seeking a website/marketing support specialist to manage and optimize our online presence. You will work with the Marketing Team to maintain the site, implement CMS updates, and ensure SEO best practices across all pages.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in website management, is proficient with WordPress or similar CMS, and can analyze data using GA4 and Search Console. English communication and collaboration with vendors are essential.

Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Web Development/Digital Marketing or related field.
1–2 years of experience in website management, webmaster, web development, or digital marketing.
Proficient in WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Strong SEO and website optimization knowledge.
Familiar with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
Understanding of domain, hosting, SSL, website security, and basic troubleshooting.
Good understanding of responsive web design and basic UI/UX principles.
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar design tools is an advantage.
Experience in hospitality, villa, hotel, tourism, or travel industry is highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented.
Able to work independently and collaboratively with the Marketing Team.
Good communication skills and ability to work with external vendors or developers.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good command of written and spoken English.
