Job summary

PT. Joinease Manufaktur Indonesia is seeking a Production Planning and Supervisory professional to lead a plastics manufacturing team in Semarang. You will develop production schedules, oversee Group Leaders and Operators, and ensure product quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on experience in injection molding and maintenance planning to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• D3/S1 in Engineering or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in plastics manufacturing.
• Proficiency in injection molding, production planning, quality control, maintenance planning, and people management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and weekly production plans based on customer orders.
• Supervise the performance of Group Leaders and Operators.
• Ensure product quality meets company and customer standards.
• Manage raw material and finished goods inventory.
• Optimize machine utilization and reduce downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly production performance reports.
• Identify training needs for team development.
• Ensure compliance with all occupational safety (K3) and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and PPIC departments.

About you

Minimum D3/S1 qualification majoring in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent)

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the same position, preferably in the plastic manufacturing industry

Proficient in the injection molding process, production planning, quality control, maintenance planning, and people management

Strong leadership and effective communication skills

Creative mindset and detail-oriented
