Job summary

KORRUN GROUP is seeking a seasoned Processing Supervisor to oversee subcontract fabric processing, knitting and dyeing operations in Jepara, Central Java. You will manage orders, monitor schedules, and drive quality to meet customer specifications.

You will collaborate with Purchasing, Production, PPIC, Merchandising and Quality Control, maintain processing records, and support continuous improvement of subcontract processing performance. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the textile industry, including at least 3 years handling subcontract fabric processing, fabric purchasing, textile production.
• Good knowledge of knitted fabrics, knitting, dyeing, fabric purchasing, and fabric quality standards.
• Experience working with subcontract manufacturers or external fabric processing suppliers.

Job Requirements

Experience working with subcontract manufacturers or external fabric processing suppliers.

Good command of spoken and written English (able to speak Mandarin is a plus).

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with good communication, coordination, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Willing to work in Jepara, Central Java.
