Job summary

HSBC Indonesia is seeking a senior role within International Wealth and Premier Banking to oversee governance and control frameworks for wealth management products and advisory activities in Jakarta. The position requires experience in wealth, governance and controls, plus strong collaboration with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations and Audit.

You will support new product approvals, policy implementation and continuous enhancement of our wealth advisory framework, driving remediation actions

Qualifications

• Background in wealth business (investment and/or insurance).
• Experience in wealth governance and controls.
• Excell in surveillance process.
• Able to work with other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance and control frameworks for wealth management products and advisory activities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and global standards
• Conduct product and advisory control reviews, surveillance and monitoring
• Manage governance forum, reporting and escalation of control issues
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Business, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations and Audit
• Support new product approvals, policy implementation and continuous enhancement of the wealth advisory framework
• Drive remediation actions and monitor risk, conduct and customer outcome indicators
