Job summary

HSBC Indonesia invites penultimate year undergraduates and fresh graduates to join a 3–6 month internship starting October 2026. This programme provides first-hand exposure to what it’s like to work for a global bank, meeting senior leaders and contributing to real projects within banking operations.

You will develop through structured training, develop interpersonal and analytical skills, and be part of a culture that values inclusion and continuous improvement.
