Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Jakarta is seeking a Wealth Governance & Controls professional to oversee governance frameworks for wealth management products and advisory activities.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, conduct control reviews, coordinate with stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations and Audit, and support new product approvals and policy enhancements to strengthen the wealth advisory framework.

Qualifications

• Background in wealth business (investment and/or insurance).
• Experience in wealth, governance and controls.
• Excell in surveillance process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance and control frameworks for wealth management products and advisory activities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and global standards
• Conduct product and advisory control reviews, surveillance and monitoring
• Manage governance forum, reporting and escalation of control issues
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Business, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations and Audit
• Support new product approvals, policy implementation and continuous enhancement of the wealth advisory framework
• Drive remediation actions and monitor risk, conduct and customer outcome indicators
