Job summary

PT Willfar Information Technology seeks a proactive Sales & Business Development professional to drive growth in water meter and smart metering solutions. You will lead end-to-end sales activities, build strategic partnerships, and collaborate with product and technical teams to tailor solutions for utilities and infrastructure projects.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and ability to travel frequently for customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in water meter or related industry.
• Hands-on experience with water meter products and applications.
• Experience with PDAM/water utilities, contractors, distributors, EPC firms, or government projects.
• Proven ability to develop new customers, manage pipelines, negotiate, and meet targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to travel frequently for customer visits and BD activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for water meter and smart metering products.
• Identify and develop new customers, distributors, partners, and project opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with product and technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and coordinate commercial, technical, and bidding documents for projects and tenders.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and industry developments.
• Manage sales process from lead generation to closing and after-sales coordination.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and market updates to management.
