• Monitor daily Waste Station operations and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Monitor operator attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Monitor waste volumes, transactions, and SLA achievement.
• Coordinate waste collection and pickup activities.
• Monitor Waste Station inventory and operational supplies.
• Address operational issues and coordinate problem resolution.
• Ensure operational data is accurate and up to date.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of Waste Stations.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding Waste Station operations.
• Prepare and submit periodic operational reports.

Education & Work Experience:
