Job summary

EwasteRJ in Jakarta leads a network of e-waste processing facilities. We are seeking a result-oriented Lead to oversee site operations, manage operations teams, ensure material traceability, and drive improvements in systems and processes for efficient and accountable e-waste management.

You will develop SOPs, monitor performance, maintain records, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows, and coordinate handovers with internal teams and partners.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or related field.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail in data management, documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across EwasteRJ's processing facilities, including workflow, staffing, safety, and site performance.
• Manage and develop teams responsible for receiving, sorting, and processing e-waste.
• Ensure end-to-end material traceability from intake to handover.
• Maintain accurate operational records, trackers, and supporting documentation.
• Develop and improve SOPs for consistent and scalable operations.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate handovers with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
• Prepare regular operational reports and updates for management.

Key responsibilities

Lead daily operations across EwasteRJ's processing facilities, including workflow, staffing, safety, and overall site performance.

Manage and develop teams responsible for receiving, sorting, and processing e-waste.

Ensure end-to-end material traceability, from intake and classification to processing and handover.

Maintain accurate operational records, trackers, and supporting documentation.

Develop and improve SOPs to ensure consistent and scalable operations.

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical process improvements.

Maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Coordinate operational handovers with internal teams, vendors, and ecosystem partners.

Prepare regular operational reports and updates for management.

About you

1-5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or a related field.

Good understanding of supply chain, material flow, and processing operations.

Engineering background or relevant experience working with structured operational processes and systems.

Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail, particularly in data management, documentation, and reporting.

Able to develop clear and practical SOPs.

Proficient in spreadsheets and comfortable using digital tools, dashboards, and AI tools in daily work.

Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

Willing to work on-site and travel between operational facilities when required.
