Job summary

Rekosistem is seeking a field-based Operations Specialist to oversee daily Waste Station activities, ensure SOP compliance, and monitor performance across multiple locations. You will coordinate waste collection, track volumes, and maintain accurate data while collaborating with internal teams.

The role requires willingness to visit multiple Waste Stations, strong communication, and reporting skills, plus proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor (S1) of any major is eligible.
• Minimum 1 year in operations, logistic, waste management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily Waste Station operations and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Monitor operator attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Monitor waste volumes, transactions, and SLA achievement.
• Coordinate waste collection and pickup activities.
• Monitor Waste Station inventory and operational supplies.
• Address operational issues and coordinate problem resolution.
• Ensure operational data is accurate and up to date.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of Waste Stations.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding Waste Station operations.
• Prepare and submit periodic operational reports.
