Job summary

Jubelio in Jakarta seeks an experienced Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to lead end-to-end optimization of warehouse and fulfillment across partner sites. You will identify bottlenecks, drive data-driven improvements, and help scale operations responsibly.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse/fulfillment/3PL, strong analytical skills, and hands-on WMS experience. You will influence stakeholders and define KPIs to sustain performance gains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse / fulfillment / 3PL operations.
• Strong end-to-end operational and process optimization experience.
• Proven track record improving efficiency, accuracy, or cost.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with WMS and system-driven operations.
• Able to influence stakeholders and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Optimize end-to-end operations across warehouses/partners.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and capacity gaps.
• Lead process improvements (layout, picking strategy, productivity, SLA).
• Define and monitor KPIs: SLA, accuracy, inventory, cost per order, productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement projects with measurable impact.
• Translate operational needs into system/WMS enhancements.
• Standardize best practices across operations.
• Support scaling (new warehouse onboarding, capacity expansion).
