Job summary

PT. Diamond Cold Storage (Diamond) is hiring an Associate Warehouse Supervisor to manage inventory records, cycle counts, and reporting of warehouse performance in Semarang.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in a warehouse supervisory position (preferably FMCG), and strong SAP/WMS/MS Office skills, including experience with cold storage. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from any major.
• 2+ years experience as warehouse Assistant Supervisor, preferably FMCG.
• Good computer literacy including SAP, WMS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Experience with food and cold storage is preferred.
• Familiar with SAP system.
• Willing to work on shift and be placed in Semarang.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining inventory records & process for all incoming and outgoing items.
• Maintain data integrity, documenting and reporting all service issues related to warehouse and inventory control.
• Coordinate and manage cycle count and physical inventory process and prepare reports.
• Reporting warehouse activities and performance.
