Job summary

Mitra Rasa Sadaya is seeking a warehouse position in West Java to receive, inspect, and record goods while maintaining FIFO/FEFO stock control for CK and outlets. You will monitor temperatures, stock data accuracy, and organize storage areas.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team, with proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or F&B is a plus.
• Certifications in warehouse operations, inventory management, food safety, hygiene and sanitation, or food security are a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, disciplined, and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect goods from suppliers, including quantity, quality, temperature, packaging, and expiration dates.
• Record temperature readings (chiller, freezer, and dry store) on a routine basis.
• Perform picking, packing, and distribution of goods for Central Kitchen (CK) and outlets.
• Record incoming and outgoing goods and ensure stock data accuracy.
• Organize and control stock based on FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Conduct stock checks, stock opname, and report restocking needs and slow-moving/near expired items.
• Maintain cleanliness, neatness, and security of warehouse area, racks, and pallets.
• Perform basic inspection and maintenance of storage areas, including chiller/freezer, and support audit and pest control activities

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Willing to perform operational tasks and physical activities in the warehouse area

Good communication and coordination skills
