Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound, inventory, and stock reconciliation.
• Proficient with Excel/Sheets and WMS or similar systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound warehouse activities including receiving, checking, sorting, scanning, and recording shipments.
• Coordinate outbound operations including picking, packing, sorting, scanning, and dispatching shipments.
• Monitor inventory accuracy with stock counts, reconciliation, and discrepancy investigations.
• Analyze warehouse data to identify issues like discrepancies, lost packages, damaged goods, variances, and inefficiencies.
• Coordinate with Operations, Transportation, Customer Service, and other warehouse teams for smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Job description

Manage inbound warehouse activities, including receiving, checking, sorting, scanning, and recording incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

Coordinate outbound operations, including picking, packing, sorting, scanning, and dispatching shipments according to operational procedures and delivery schedules.

Monitor inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts, reconciliation, and investigation of discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.

Analyze warehouse operational data and identify issues, such as shipment discrepancies, lost/missing packages, damaged goods, inventory variances, and process inefficiencies.

Coordinate with related teams such as Operations, Transportation, Customer Service, and other warehouse teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations and continuous process improvement.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations.

Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory management, warehouse processes, and stock reconciliation.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with warehouse management systems (WMS) or other operational systems.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and handle shifting priorities.
