Job summary

PT Global Yimi Cargo (J&T Cargo) is seeking a System Analyst / IT Support specialist to improve warehouse processes and coordinate system development with China HQ and vendors. The role requires Mandarin fluency and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, validating WMS performance, creating SOPs, and training warehouse staff. A warehouse environment experience is preferred, with basic SQL knowledge beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, information systems, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as System Analyst / WMS Support / IT Support.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and logistics operations.
• Fluent in Mandarin (speaking) is mandatory.
• Able to communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking teams.
• Basic SQL/database knowledge is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment.
