Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support maintenance and engineering of production machinery at our Bekasi facility.

The role focuses on maintaining machines, planning preventive maintenance, and coordinating spare parts and improvements to performance. Qualified candidates have a background in electrical engineering, at least 3 years in a technical maintenance role, and strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Electrical Engineer education background.
• At least 3 years in a technical position in electrical engineering or maintenance.
• Interpersonal skills to establish relationships effectively with various levels.
• Organizational ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Managerial ability to lead, solve problems and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, maintain and coordinate care and maintenance activities for production machines so they are ready for production.
• Take preventive action by creating regular and consistent maintenance programs.
• Approve proposed machine program design and specifications for spare parts and needs.
• Coordinate with production departments to monitor, repair, maintain and improve machine performance and spare parts supply.
• Control spare parts demand to minimize inventory while ensuring continuity of supply to departments.
• Identify local spare parts suppliers to reduce costs and ensure quality.
