Qualifications

• Minimum of Electrical Engineer education background.
• At least 3 years in a technical position in electrical engineering or maintenance.

• Technical know-how in maintenance management and production support.

Responsibilities

• Plan, maintain and coordinate care and maintenance of production machines.
• Develop and modify equipment to improve performance.
• Provide electrical tools or MRO support.
• Approve machine programs, designs and spare part specifications.
• Coordinate with departments to monitor and repair production machines.
• Minimize spare parts inventory while ensuring supply continuity.
• Source local spare part suppliers to reduce costs.
• Oversee internal manufacture or repair of spare parts to meet quality standards.
• Keep up with new machine technologies and methods to reduce costs.
• Ensure Product Environmental Quality Assurance in the department.
• Monitor subordinates' performance and develop training where needed.
• Maintain safe and healthy working conditions and comply with safety standards.
• Carry out projects or tasks assigned by superiors.
