Job summary

PT Agro Lino Sejahtera is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching, while ensuring inventory accuracy between physical stock and SAP records. Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics supervision.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and SAP systems.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, stock management, material handling, and warehouse processes.
• Experience conducting stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of materials and products.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation, storage, and handling practices.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and SAP.
• Ensure physical inventory counts are regularly conducted and reconciled with SAP material records.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Monitor material movements (inbound and outbound) to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse SOPs and operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards within the warehouse.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other departments to support operational requirements.
• Lead and guide warehouse staff to achieve operational targets and maintain productivity.
