Job summary

PT Sarana Karyaputera Mandiri is a Water Treatment & Filtration company located in South Jakarta. We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory, and lead a team to maintain efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.

Responsibilities include implementing FIFO/FEFO, optimizing space, coordinating with other departments, and producing regular reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Good understanding of warehouse and inventory management.
• Familiar with FIFO/FEFO, stock opname, inventory control, and warehouse space management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and lead a team.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, outgoing).
• Monitor inventory accuracy, slow-moving, deadstock, and expired goods.
• Ensure FIFO and FEFO and warehouse procedures are followed.
• Optimize space utilization and storage locations.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Import, Sales, and other departments on incoming/outgoing goods.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Conduct stock opname and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare regular warehouse and inventory reports.
• Identify operational issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with SOP, safety, and warehouse standards.
