Job summary

TNP Group in Jakarta is seeking a strategic Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations. You will drive efficiency, optimize inventory accuracy, and boost team productivity in a fast-paced retail logistics environment.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will plan capacity, manage inbound/outbound processes, enforce safety and SOPs, and oversee budgeting and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
• At least 3 years of relevant warehouse/logistics experience.
• Experience leading teams of 5+ people.
• Retail industry and warehouse operations background required.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient with WMS, ERP, MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Based in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Plan warehouse strategies to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate daily schedules and shifts to meet SLA for orders.
• Oversee inbound receiving, checking, and storage per SOPs.
• Manage inventory with regular counts and stock opname.

Job description

TNP Group is looking for a strategic and highly motivated Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations.

Reporting directly to the VP of Operation, you will be the driving force behind our warehouse efficiency, team productivity, and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Strategy: Plan warehouse operational strategies to achieve optimal efficiency and productivity.

Order Fulfillment: Coordinate daily schedules and shift manpower to ensure order fulfillment (online/offline) meets the agreed SLA.

Inbound & Storage: Oversee the receiving, checking, and storing of inbound goods, ensuring compliance with SOPs and capacity forecasts.

Inventory Management: Manage inventory accurately, ensuring smooth regular counting and validated stock opname results.

Safety & Compliance: Supervise the implementation of safety guidelines, emergency procedures, and accident prevention to ensure the infrastructure does not endanger anyone.

Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular reporting, issue analysis, and continuous improvement for warehouse optimization.

Budgeting: Plan, monitor, and optimize the warehouse operational budget, aiming to reduce costs efficiently.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in the same position.

Background in the retail industry and warehouse/logistics operations is required.

Experience managing a team of more than 5 people.

Demonstrate strong leadership and team motivation skills, coupled with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication/coordination abilities

Fluent in English (Written and Spoken).

Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

Strong understanding of business processes, marketplace operations, budgeting, and forecasting.

Willing to work in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
