Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting inventory, organizing storage, picking and packing orders, and coordinating with partners to ensure timely shipments. Strong safety and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Min. D3 or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 2 years in warehouse/logistics, furniture experience preferred.
• Able to perform manual handling and lift heavy items.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and basic computing.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, and quality-focused.
• Good communication; Indonesian and basic English.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming inventory.
• Organise and store products per warehouse SOPs and safety rules.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock counts.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely collection and delivery.
• Operate forklift/pallet jack safely and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse cleanliness and compliance.

About the role
We are seeking a Warehouse - Logistics Staff member to join our operations team in Semarang, Jawa Tengah. This is a contract position that plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of furniture products through our warehouse and distribution network. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics operations, and maintaining warehouse standards to support our business objectives. This role is essential to our supply chain operations and directly impacts our ability to meet customer demands and delivery schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming furniture inventory and materials
• Organising and storing products in designated warehouse locations following established systems and safety protocols
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in accordance with delivery schedules
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock counts to ensure data accuracy
• Coordinating with logistics partners to arrange timely collection and delivery of goods
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles with appropriate care to prevent damage
• Monitoring warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assisting in the identification and resolution of inventory discrepancies
• Supporting the logistics team with ad hoc tasks and special projects as required

Qualifications

• Min. D3 and or Bachelor degree in any field
• Have 2 years experiences working in a warehouse or logistics environment (in Furniture industry preferred)
• Physical capability to perform manual handling duties, including lifting and moving heavy items
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and basic computer applications
• Strong attention to detail with excellent record-keeping skills
• Ability to work efficiently within tight timelines and meet performance targets
• Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to safety and quality
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
• Fluency in Indonesian and basic English communication skills
