Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree and 1–2 years in a medium-to-high-volume FMCG environment, with knowledge of logistics, WMS, SAP, and strong leadership.

is a multinational company with brands Good Time and Nyam Nyam. We are looking for a Warehouse & Logistics professional to join our team. This role is based in Bekasi.

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations

• Manage daily operations of the Raw Material and Packaging Material Warehouse to ensure smooth, efficient, and accurate warehouse activities.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, handling, and issuing of raw and packaging materials in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and smooth operations.
• Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Transportation Planning

• Manage and coordinate transportation planning for Finished Goods to ensure timely and efficient product deliveries.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth distribution activities.
• Monitor transportation performance and resolve operational issues to meet delivery requirements.

Inventory & Stock Accuracy

• Monitor and control inventory accuracy of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials.
• Conduct regular stock monitoring and reconciliation to ensure system and physical inventory are aligned.
• Utilize SAP and WMS systems to support inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions to maintain stock accuracy.

GMP, Safety & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain and improve warehouse workplace standards in accordance with GMP, Safety, and company requirements.
• Ensure warehouse activities are conducted safely and in compliance with applicable procedures and standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse, inventory, and logistics processes for better efficiency and performance.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from any discipline with minimum 1-2 years of experience in a medium to high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably in FMCG.
• Good knowledge of logistics and warehouse processes.
• Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Confident, trustworthy, and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and WMS or similar warehouse management systems.
