Job summary

PT Arnott's Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics professional in Bekasi to manage daily warehouse operations, transportation planning, and inventory accuracy. The role collaborates with production, planning, and procurement to ensure smooth material flow.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree and 1–2 years in a medium-to-high-volume FMCG environment, with knowledge of logistics, WMS, SAP, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline with relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of logistics and warehouse processes.
• Strong leadership, management and problem-solving skills.
• Good analytical ability and multi-priority management.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP, WMS or similar systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Raw Materials and Packaging Materials warehouse operations.
• Coordinate transportation planning for Finished Goods to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct stock reconciliation.
• Uphold GMP and safety standards while pursuing continuous improvement.
