Job summary

PT SANY Heavy Industry Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage spare parts handling and inventory accuracy in our Sulawesi-based facilities. You will oversee receiving, storage, issuing, and reporting while ensuring compliance with SOP and K3 standards.

Qualified candidates bring strong inventory control skills, experience with WMS/ERP, and the ability to coordinate across Service, Parts, Logistics, and customer teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum education as SMA/SMK with 5+ years in warehouse/logistics, or D3 with 3+ years, or S1 with 1+ year.
• Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Experience using WMS, ERP, or other inventory systems is an advantage.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication, coordination, and administrative skills.
• Meticulous, disciplined, and good problem-solving ability.
• Willing to be placed in South Sulawesi and Southeast Sulawesi.
• Experience in heavy equipment, mining, construction, or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Understanding of heavy equipment spare parts management is an advantage.
• Forklift certification or warehouse-related certification is an advantage.

• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with SOP and K3 standards.
