Job summary

PT BAISELINDO ASIA NETWORK in Semarang is seeking a warehouse operations lead responsible for daily management of the newly leased facility, and for establishing and refining warehouse procedures. You will oversee inbound/outbound registrations, conduct stocktakes, maintain inventory accuracy, and prepare regular reports on capacity, stock status, and any irregularities.

• Based in Semarang or willing to be stationed there long-term.

• Communicate in English for internal reporting and coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for the daily operations and management of the newly leased warehouse, establishing and improving warehouse management procedures.

Oversee the registration of inbound and outbound goods, conduct regular stocktaking, and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure consistency between physical stock and system data.

Regularly report to management on inventory status, warehouse capacity utilization, and any irregularities, providing timely data-based updates.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse management or a related field.

Must be based in Semarang or willing to be stationed there long-term.

Able to work under a full-time availability arrangement (including flexible working hours and, when necessary, holidays or weekends) to ensure operational continuity.

Possess strong data organization and information summarization skills, with the ability to independently compile, analyze, and maintain inventory data.

Able to communicate in English (both written and spoken) for internal reporting and coordination.
