Job summary

PT BAISELINDO ASIA NETWORK in Semarang is seeking a warehouse operations lead responsible for daily management of the newly leased facility, and for establishing and refining warehouse procedures. You will oversee inbound/outbound registrations, conduct stocktakes, maintain inventory accuracy, and prepare regular reports on capacity, stock status, and any irregularities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse management experience or related field.
• Based in Semarang or willing to be stationed there long-term.
• Able to work full-time, including holidays or weekends, to ensure continuity.
• Communicate in English for internal reporting and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for daily operations and management of the newly leased warehouse and establish/improve warehouse procedures.
• Oversee registration of inbound and outbound goods, conduct regular stocktaking, and maintain accurate inventory records.
