Job summary

PT Multipolar Technology in Tangerang is seeking a skilled Stock & Delivery Supervisor to oversee inbound/outbound goods, supplier receiving, and inventory transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities include managing warehouse operations, stock opname, delivery planning, and policy development, with leadership over a team; a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four years’ supervisory experience in logistics are required; on-site work in Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in stock control, warehouse, or logistics/delivery operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and stock opname procedures.
• Proficient in Excel for inventory reporting.
• Willing to work on-site in Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound goods movement, supplier receiving, and inventory transactions.
• Manage warehouse operations including storage, security, layout, space utilization, and asset protection.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through stock opname, aging analysis, and reports.
• Manage delivery operations, including transportation vendor selection and cost efficiency.
• Control expenses and ensure Stock & Delivery activities comply with budget and safety standards.
• Develop and improve stock control, warehouse, and delivery policies and procedures.
• Lead the Stock & Delivery team through manpower planning, performance management, and employee development.
