Job summary

Multi Bintang Indonesia is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator in Tangerang to own day-to-day warehouse operations, drive improvements, and ensure safe, compliant processes. The role centers on connecting people, inventory, and systems to keep the business moving, with a focus on TPM-based improvements.

Ideal candidates are prepared to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, have strong inventory control knowledge, and bring SAP experience in a fast-moving FMCG warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in Warehouse Operations or related field.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Experience with SAP is highly valuable.
• Good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day warehouse excellence across receiving, storage, material supply, and delivery, while maintaining inventory accuracy and discipline.
• Plan warehouse space, equipment, manpower, and capacity to meet changing operational needs and service continuity.
• Ensure inventory, SAP transactions, FIFO/FEFO, SOPs, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements are maintained.
• Turn operational challenges into improvement opportunities using data, root-cause analysis, 5S, PDCA, and continuous-improvement practices.
