Job summary

Multi Bintang Indonesia, part of The HEINEKEN Company, seeks a Warehouse Coordinator in Tangerang to own day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, safety, and compliance, and drive continuous improvements using TPM and data-driven root cause analysis.

You will coordinate space, equipment, and manpower to keep operations moving, work with cross-functional teams, and support delivery of results in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or similar.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and stock accuracy.
• Experience with SAP or similar warehouse systems is valuable.
• Good analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Good written and spoken English communication.
• Willingness to be based in Tangerang, with TPM/continuous-improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure safety, accuracy, and service.
• Plan and coordinate space, equipment, and manpower to meet changing needs.
• Ensure stock management practices (FIFO/FEFO) and compliance.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Packaging, Quality, and Logistics to improve performance.
