Job summary

PT. Delta Djakarta, Tbk is seeking a Warehouse Checker to manage daily stock movements, issue and receive fullgoods, and ensure accurate reconciliation between physical stock and records within the Logistic Department.

The role requires a Diploma with 2 years warehousing experience, basic computer skills, and ability to communicate well with QA, haulers, and planning staff. Strong attention to detail and housekeeping are essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive and issue fullgoods with required documentation and inspection procedures.
• Conduct regular physical inventory to reconcile physical and book balances.
• Record daily fullgoods movement to update stock balances.
• Generate Daily Stock Movement through SAP.
• Coordinate with QA on fullgoods on hold status.
• Coordinate with haulers, dealers and delivery contractors for stock movement control.
• Submit daily transaction summaries for monitoring and filing.
• Reconcile received with packaging at shift end.

Job description

To issue and receive fullgoods and to maintain reconciled physical and book balance of fullgoods within Logistic Department policy and strategy.

Key responsibilities

Receive and issue incoming and outgoing fullgoods according to required documentation and inspection procedures to ensure complete recording and control of stock movements

Conduct regular physical inventory to ensure reconciliation of physical and book balances per storage location at all times and update information on stock availability

Record daily fullgoods movement to ensure updating and control of stock balances

Generate Daily Stock Movement through SAP

Coordinate with QA on the status and disposition of fullgoods on "hold"

Coordinate with haulers, dealers and delivery contractors to ensure control of stock movement

Record significant activities and events for the day on the Checker's logbook to ensure documentation of critical information

Inspect the warehouse at the start of shift to ensure cleanliness and good housekeeping

Submit pertinent documents and summary of issue and receipt transactions for the day to the Planning Clerk for monitoring and filing

Reconcile fullgoods received with Packaging at the end of each shift to ensure accurate turnover and control of fullgoods

About you

Diploma Degree with 2 years experience in warehousing

At least 2 years experience in warehousing

Typing skills preferably with computer training

Adequate communication skills

Good interpersonal relating skills
