Job summary

Talent Insider is seeking a seasoned operations excellence leader in Jakarta to own and execute strategic recommendations aligned with growth goals, and to drive cross-functional improvements across processes.

You will support development and diversification of portfolio based on market trends and competitors, monitor pilots, and standardize procedures to boost the bottom line in supply chain and operations; strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of combined experience in managing process improvements or operational excellence.
• Have a deep interest and enthusiasm in F&B industry.
• Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to drive execution of ideas
• Well developed communication with various seniors level stakeholders with different background.
