Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Senior Visual Merchandising Lead to develop and drive the VM strategy across all stores, strengthening brand identity and customer experience. You will translate brand direction, campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments into impactful in-store concepts, layouts, and display requirements, ensuring consistency through audits and store visits.
Collaboration with Marketing, Creative, Operations, and other functions is essential.
Develop and lead the Visual Merchandising strategy across all stores to strengthen brand identity, enhance customer experience, and support commercial objectives.
Translate brand direction, marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments into impactful in-store visual concepts and customer experiences.
Develop Visual Merchandising guidelines and standards covering product display, product zoning, window display, promotional areas, signage, POSM, and other in-store visual elements.
Create effective product placement and display strategies based on customer journey, product priorities, store characteristics, and commercial objectives.
Ensure consistent implementation of Visual Merchandising standards across all stores through regular store visits, audits, evaluations, and improvement plans.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Operations, Business Development, and other relevant functions to ensure alignment between brand communication and in-store execution.
Support new store openings, store renovations, refresh projects, and special brand activations by developing VM concepts, layouts, display requirements, and implementation guidelines.
Evaluate the effectiveness of Visual Merchandising initiatives by considering customer behavior, campaign objectives, product performance, and store feedback, and recommend continuous improvements.
Manage Visual Merchandising projects end-to-end, including concept development, budgeting, production, vendor coordination, installation, timeline, and quality control.
Identify emerging trends, competitor practices, customer behavior, and innovations in retail and F&B environments to continuously improve the in-store experience.
Manage VM budgets and ensure effective utilization of display materials and other Visual Merchandising assets.
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or other relevant fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Store Experience, or related fields, with experience handling multiple store locations.
Experience in retail, F&B, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or other consumer-facing industries is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of Visual Merchandising principles, customer journey, product presentation, spatial planning, and brand experience.
Demonstrated ability to translate brand and commercial objectives into practical and engaging in-store executions.
Strong portfolio demonstrating Visual Merchandising concepts and executions, preferably including multi-store campaigns, store openings, or retail activations.
Proficient in relevant design and visualization tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
Strong project management skills with experience managing vendors, production, budgets, and multiple implementation timelines.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to connect Visual Merchandising decisions with customer experience and business performance.
Creative and conceptual thinker with strong attention to detail and execution quality.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on, agile, and comfortable working both at the conceptual level and directly in stores during implementation.
