Job summary

Job description

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Arts, Fashion, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, fashion retail, or store display decoration.

Strong understanding of layout, color, lighting, and visual storytelling to attract customers.

Able to develop product display concepts aligned with brand image and current trends.

Comfortable working with deadlines, targets, and cross-functional teams (store, marketing, design).

Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software) are a plus.

Willing to travel to set up displays across multiple store locations.

Detail-oriented, creative, and highly aware of current market and retail trends.
