Job summary

MR.DIY Indonesia is hiring for a VM Project & Promotion Support role in Jakarta. The candidate will plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor VM projects and promotional programs to enhance in-store visuals and customer experience.

The role requires creating VM guidelines, designing 2D/3D visuals for campaigns, and coordinating with HQ, marketing, and store teams. A 1–2 year background in Retail or related fields is preferred, with strong English and design tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Interior Design, Product Design, Marketing, or related majors
• 1–2 years in Retail, e-Commerce, Advertising Production, or Media industries
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, MS Office, and digital imaging
• Good command of English and tech-savvy
• Multimedia awareness, strong communication, and a positive personality

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of VM projects and promotional programs
• Coordinate VM requirements for campaigns, seasonal programs, product launches, and promotions
• Collaborate with Store Team, Set Up team, HQ RTM Centre, Marketing, Purchasing, and related departments for every project
• Create Visual Merchandising guidelines for standardizing programs, promotions, new products, etc.
• Design graphic & 3D visual displays for new design concepts, new products, festive events, special promotions
• Maintain VM guidelines through store visits and data reports; prepare meeting materials and trackers
• Document display evidence and track timelines using Lark and related apps
• Monitor and recap project timelines and store implementation status

Job description

1. VM Project & Promotion Support

• Support the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of Visual Merchandising projects and promotional programs.
• Coordinate VM requirements for promotional campaigns, seasonal programs, product launches, and other retail initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Store Team & Set Up team to design effective product/merchandise display arrangement/planogram by departments to enhance customer shopping experience
• Understand product categories, characteristics, and promotional programs to support appropriate VM execution.
• Ensure VM materials and implementation instructions correspond with the correct products, promotional mechanics, and store requirements.

2. Visual & Design Support

• Create Visual Merchandising Guidelines for standardizing programs, promotions, new products, etc., regarding to : product display, POSM & other visual merchandising elements
• Design graphic & 3D visual displays for new design concepts, new products, festive events, special promotions, etc.
• Coordinate with HQ, RTM Centre team, Marketing team, Set Up team, Store team, Purchasing team & all related departments for every project : regular, festive, promotional & new store.
• Understanding design & implementation in multimedia platforms, technology & digital enthusiasm is prioritized.

3. VM Report & Documentation

• Continuously maintain and monitor the implementation of all VM Guidelines and display visibility through periodic store visits and data reports.
• Prepare meeting materials, project trackers, implementation records, and supporting documents.
• Create & compile display evidence related to project handled by store level align with VM Guideline trough Lark base & other related apps.
• Monitor & recap daily/weekly/monthly project timelines, store implementation, and completion status of ongoing VM programs through Lark with AI system.

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Interior Design, Product Design, Marketing, or related majors
• Minimum 1–2 years in Retail, e-Commerce, Advertising Production, or Media industries.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites, SketchUp, MS Office (especially Excel functions and formulas), digital imaging, POSM knowledge, and other design tools.
• Good command of English and tech-savvy.
• Multimedia awareness, tech-savviness, good communication skills, and a positive personality.
