Job summary

Zumana is seeking a Guest Experience Officer to deliver attentive, personalised service to VIP guests across tables and seating areas in a premium Bali hospitality setting.

You will welcome guests, anticipate needs, and build lasting relationships by understanding preferences and recommending tailored experiences. Collaborate with Front of House, Bar, and Operations while maintaining standards and developing your own clientele.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guest Relations, VIP Service or similar hospitality role.
• Confident and comfortable interacting with VIP or high-profile guests.
• Natural ability to build rapport and develop long-term guest relationships.
• Outgoing, personable and able to make guests feel genuinely welcomed.
• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalised service to VIP guests across assigned tables and seating areas.
• Welcome guests, anticipate needs, respond to requests, and ensure smooth, professional service.
• Build strong relationships by understanding preferences and offering thoughtful recommendations.
• Develop and maintain a personal clientele list to strengthen guest loyalty.
• Coordinate with Front of House, Bar, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service and maintain wardrobe standards.
