Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the Executive Lounge operation.
• Provide personalized and discreet service to VIP guests, bank executives, and authorized users.
• Coordinate with kitchen and F&B teams to ensure timely replenishment and presentation of food and beverages.
• Lead daily briefings, staff scheduling, and deployment for peak periods and events.
• Monitor guest feedback, handle complaints professionally, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness, safety, and confidentiality at all times.
