Job summary

PT Bank Nationalnobu Tbk is seeking an Operational Manager for our Executive Office in Tangerang to oversee senior leadership support, facilities, and event coordination. The role requires managing multiple executive functions with discretion and a client-focused hospitality mindset.

The successful candidate will coordinate meetings, dining arrangements, and confidential documentation while leading administrative staff and ensuring adherence to governance and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor's degree preferably from Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism.
• Experience managing operations of 4-5 star Hotel, Premium Restaurant, Executive Lounge/Club.
• Able to manage various room, equipments, banquet/FnB services for multiple events.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail oriented with strong leadership and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Managing Executive Offices rooms, service, meeting arrangements and events for Senior leadership.
• Overseeing day-to-day office operations, including facilities management and housekeeping.
• Preparing and organising executive correspondence, reports, and documentation.
• Coordination with the Chef for meetings dining, and catering requirements.
• Coordinating board meetings, dining room and corporate events.
• Maintaining confidential records and ensuring information security protocols are adhered to.
• Managing office budgets, office equipment and supplies.
• Supervising and coordinating administrative staff and support teams.
• Acting as a liaison between executive management and other departments.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
