FACETOLOGY, a dynamic beauty startup in Indonesia, seeks a Videographer to plan, shoot, and edit videos for products, campaigns, and KOL sessions across social media. You will handle color correction, audio mixing, and final exports to ensure professional quality, while optimizing formats for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Formación

• 1–2 years videography and video editing experience, preferably in beauty/lifestyle/consumer goods
• Proficient with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut or equivalent)
• Strong framing, lighting, and visual storytelling understanding
• Able to adapt visual tone to brand guidelines
• Passionate about beauty, cosmetics or skincare
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced, campaign-driven environment; able to evolve with trends
• WFO in South Jakarta

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for products, campaigns, and KOL sessions across social media
• Conduct color correction, audio mixing, and final output exports to ensure professional quality
• Optimize video formats for various platforms, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Maintain organization of video assets, project files, and equipment for efficient workflow
• Collaborate with content creators and the social media team to craft compelling storytelling aligned with brand objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in videography and video editing, preferably in the beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent tools
• Strong understanding of framing, lighting, and visual storytelling
• Able to adapt visual tone and style to match brand guidelines
• Passionate about beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industries
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment and adaptable to evolving content trends
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta
