Job summary

PT DSV CONTRACT LOGISTICS is seeking a procurement professional to assist with land transport sourcing and vendor management in Jakarta. You will evaluate vendors, manage relations, and coordinate payment and contract activities to ensure reliable transport services.

The role requires building a trucking network, supporting performance reviews, and collaborating with multiple departments to streamline procurement processes in a dynamic logistics environment.

• Minimum 2 years as a Transport Procurement & Vendor Management Role
• Have connection/ network with trucking company

Responsibilities

• Conduct Land Transport Vendor Evaluations to strengthen performance and efficiency
• Assist on Land Transport Vendor Relations activities including payments, disputes, contracts, and terminations
• Coordinate with departments for vendor registration, performance review and payments
• Support truck sourcing and vendor performance improvement initiatives

Job description

Assists with or performs a range of activities associated with Domestics Transport and Related Sourcing Activities on terms within the organization's best interest and Compliance Guideline.

Conducts research on potential suppliers, which align with industry trends and organization’s visions and manage that data as a source of information for purchasing activities.

Conduct Land Transport Vendor Evaluations and Standardization to strengthen Vendor Performance and Efficiency to encourage the establishment of a Competence, Capability (Higher Capacity, Availability, Reliable), and Better Profitability (Competitive) Supplier-based of DSV Road Transportation Services.

Assist on Land Transport Vendor Relations Activities between DSV and Vendor’s Interest i.e. Payment Dispute, Payment Solutions Initiatives, Claims, Contract, Amendment, Penalty, and Termination of Services.

Supporting operation team for truck sourcing, performance review and improvement activities related to vendor

Coordinate with others department for vendor registration process, performance review, payment , etc

Qualifications:
