• Bachelor's degree in management, logistics or related field.
• 1–2 years of procurement experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; able to work collaboratively.
• Experience in document control/management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, collect and evaluate qualified vendors for logistics and stevedoring operations.
• Manage end-to-end vendor registration through the SIPS system.
• Digitally manage procurement documents including Quotations, PO/SPK/WO, BAST and Delivery Notes.
• Ensure third-party vendors comply with the company's Code of Ethics and safety standards.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
• Support implementation of the Integrated Management System and risk control in the department.
