Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a Procurement Staff to collect and verify procurement requirements, assist in preparing documents, and maintain vendor databases in Jakarta, Indonesia. The candidate will support vendor selection, risk assessment, and negotiations, ensuring compliance with standards and SLAs.

Minimum Diploma (D3) with at least 3 years’ experience in procurement, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and proficient English are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) with at least 3 years’ experience in procurement.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Collect and verify procurement requirements (product/service specifications, quantities, and other needs).
• Assist in preparing procurement documents, reports, budgets, and evaluations.
• Maintain and update vendor/supplier databases.
• Support vendor selection, analysis, risk assessment, and evaluation.
• Assist in negotiations and contract preparation, including Service Level Agreements.
• Ensure vendors comply with established standards and guidelines.
• Build and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers through regular communication.
