Job summary

Samudera Indonesia invites a proactive procurement professional to join our logistics team. You will source, evaluate, and manage vendors for logistics and stevedoring operations, drive end-to-end registration in the SIPS system, and handle procurement documentation from quotations to delivery notes.

You must hold a bachelor’s degree in management, logistics, or industrial engineering, with 1–2 years in procurement, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Logistics Management/Industrial Engineering/related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in procurement.
• Strong negotiation, communication and able to work collaboratively.
• Experience in document control and management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, collect and evaluate qualified vendors for Logistics and Stevedoring operations, including heavy equipment providers, trucking companies, labor supply agencies.
• Manage the end-to-end vendor registration process through the SIPS system.
• Digitally and manage all procurement documentation, including Quotations, PO/SPK/WO, BAST and Delivery Notes.
• Ensure all third-party vendor comply to Company’s Code of Ethics and Business Conducts, Operation Guidelines and Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment standards.
• Maintain a good relationship with vendors/suppliers.
