Job summary

Raising Voices seeks a VAW Prevention Coordinator to provide strategic leadership and inspire teams in advancing our prevention work. You will guide new initiatives, support learning and ensure robust reporting, while nurturing feminist, collaborative partnerships across diverse stakeholders.

With deep NGO experience in VAW prevention and program leadership, you will manage budgets, influence strategy and mentor staff to strengthen organizational impact and accountability.

Qualifications

• Over 11 years’ NGO experience with substantive VAW Prevention work.
• At least 6 years in program leadership or management.
• Proven ability to lead with feminist values and drive results.
• Experience in budgeting, reporting and donor relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for VAW Prevention in line with organizational strategy.
• Lead development of initiatives, learning, reporting and publications.
• Oversee risk management, budget planning and financial controls.
• Build and sustain partnerships with activist, academic and donor networks.
